  I went the other day and purchased 3, 20 pound bags of Ice Melt. I am a younger woman who looks capable of lifting them. Without even asking the cashier called for loading assistance. The store associate loaded them in the back seat of my Jeep and when he was finished, opened my drivers door for me, shook my hand, and said "Thank you for being our customer, we look forward to seeing you again soon" As I looked around, amazed there was other associates doing the same for other customers. I have always tried to use Mom and Pop type stores instead of big box stores, but this was beyond my expectations. They now have a customer for life and I have already told 3 other people and will keep telling people! Rock Hand Hardware is awesome and I will no longer be going to the Orange guys down the street :)
