  I am very disappointed to say that my experience was not great. When I began renting with Party Plus that service seemed satisfactory. I rented several items for a wedding. At my wedding we started the BBQ grill for it to heat up, after waiting nearly an hour, most of the burners would not heat up. We were able to cook about three burgers on a five foot grill. Some local wedding guests ended up going home and getting their grill to use. Sadly at this time it was getting past dinner, and some guests ended up leaving and getting food, and some came back. It was a real disappointment. When we brought the items back in the morning the manager had it tested to make sure we were telling the truth. They started it for some time and she insisted that it worked. My brother-in-law then stuck his hand in it, closed the lid (yes, it was still running) and has no burns/was able to leave it there as it did not warm up. The manager then fought with us that it was not true still. The reactions and handling of the situation was very sad. The manager was extremely rude and argumentative, even after we had rented several other items. All we asked for was the refund of the grill that did not work. After two phone calls and sticking an arm in the grill, she refunded a portion, but this was a very hard thing to get. The portion that was not returned was $50 cleaning fee for the few burgers we put on there before others brought grills. I will attach a picture of their invoice stating it is a $30 cleaning fee. Now, I do understand it was not completely cleaned from a few burgers, and shame on me for that, but the grill got set aside and forgot about as it did not work. As a business I would have hoped they would have rectified the situation completely to keep a clean name, but there are not any other big rental stores in Helena, so I guess they believe they can conduct business in this manner. I was very disappointed and strongly suggest, as I will be from here on out, driving to Great Falls or elsewhere.
