  Andre Nichols 14584 was a friendly technician. He explained the whole system, showing examples and how the items worked. Tested the system after installation. He was very patient with me as I made my decision. He never once pressured me into buying anything. My family now feels safer. I have peace of mind. I do wish that the cameras were interactive for when my children are home. The app has came in handy but it is a little show with loading. Overall, I am satified with the installation.

  We had the most Amazing Installation Team! I was blown away by the care and commitment, the education provided, the presentation of all the potential add-ons. This guy was good, no he was great and had a nice guy with him in training. This guy is a pro, please recongnize him -- he was truly outstanding and a great representative for Protect Your Home with ADT. I raved to them too!
