  Went to shop for the first time and was greeted by friendly staff. They actually gave me more than I expected for my items I was selling, (really just looking to get rid of). Picked up a used acoustic guitar, price tag said $59 and without me even asking they dropped price down to $45 at register. They even searched for a case for guitar at no extra cost. Very good experience.

  I used to really like this pawn shop. Bought lots of items there and pawned lots of items there. Now they treat you like your stuff is garbage. I get that they need to make money and can't give you more than your items are worth but they have gotten ridiculous. Had a set of crows feet wrenches and didn't need them after all. Had bought them at a tool store in North Dakota cause thought I needed them that day. I paid $150.00 for the set. So tried to sell them to the pawn shop. Thought $50.00 would be fair since they were brand new. The guy looked them up supposedly and said a set on Amazon was $100.00. Another was $50.00. Told me it was my fault I paid too much for them cause I could have gotten them online for a lot less. Obviously I didn't have time to wait to have them shipped but he informed me it wasn't his problem and offered me $12.00. I went to another pawn shop and got $50.00. Lol I don't think I will even continue to buy things at Capital.
